DEMO TERMS. The machine will be operated only when dealership personnel and an Ellis representative are present, unless approved by Ellis. The dealer will provide at its expense all local service support, unloading and loading, final assembly, pre-delivery inspection, field adjustments, local hauling to and from the demo location and other tasks typical of field demos, unless reimbursement is pre-approved by Ellis. The dealership will reimburse Ellis or the manufacturer for damage to the machine other than ordinary usage wear or defects covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
