Warranty terms vary among manufacturers. Some reimburse labor and parts freight and some don't. See the manufacturer's Warranty for its specific terms and limitations. Ellis Equipment Co. makes no warranty on machinery, but will expedite the claim and credit to the dealer the credits received from the manufacturer.
To speed the claim and reduce unreimbursed costs:
Before doing repairs:
Contact Ellis Equipment or the manufacturer for work approval
Read the manufacturer's warranty coverage & terms
Send detailed information & photos
After doing repairs:
Submit the Warranty Claim within 30 days of the failure
Explain any claim for hours exceeding the flat rate
Save the old parts until the claim is finalized
